Terms and Conditions of the Aunt Root Online Store

  1. General Provisions These terms govern the use of the Aunt Root online store, located at www.auntroot.com. The owner of the online store is Sole Proprietor Aleksandr Paladi (№305634551), with a registered address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake district, Shalva Nutsubidze plateau, II micro district, IV quarter, No.8, apt. No.102b.

  2. Products and Services The store offers floral arrangements, bouquets, potted plants, and related products. Detailed product descriptions are available in the catalog on the website.

  3. Order Process The customer selects a product and adds it to the cart. Orders are placed through the order form on the website. During checkout, the customer chooses their preferred communication method (Telegram, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and provides a contact phone number. After the order is placed, a manager contacts the customer via the selected communication channel to confirm all details. Then, the manager sends a photo of the item or completed bouquet for final approval before dispatching the delivery to the recipient's address.

  4. Payment Orders can be paid for with bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) via the Bank of Georgia payment gateway. All transactions are secure and encrypted. All payments are made in Georgian lari (GEL).

  5. Delivery We deliver orders to the address specified by the customer within the cities listed on the website. In special cases, delivery to any city in Georgia may be arranged. Delivery time depends on the destination and is agreed upon with the customer during order confirmation.

  6. Return and Exchange Policy Returns and exchanges are only possible if the item is received damaged or of poor quality. Since flowers are perishable goods, returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by a photo and within the specified timeframe. Refunds or replacements are provided by agreement.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties No warranty is provided for fresh flowers, as their lifespan depends on storage conditions and the individual characteristics of the plants. We guarantee the freshness of the flowers at the time of dispatch and provide a photo of the product before delivery.

  8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure circumstances or incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

  9. Privacy and Data Protection We guarantee the protection and confidentiality of customers' personal data. Information is used solely for processing and delivering orders, is not shared with third parties, and is stored in accordance with Georgian law.

  10. Dispute Resolution All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in court in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.

  11. Physical Store Availability We have a physical store located at 25 Giorgi Chitaia St., where you can view our selection and purchase items in person. The return and exchange policies in the physical store are the same as for online orders in terms of product quality.
